On October 19, 2016 participants of Go Women Club met to discuss topic “Creation of new business opportunities” Center of Gender Culture. Natalia Mazur, one of the Go Women Club members, moderated the event.  

The meeting was conducted in the auction format, where problems were combined with the possibilities. Businesswomen expressed their issues and each participant could offer her solutions, share useful contacts or own experience.

The five areas of problems were identified during the meeting: searching for employees, finding customers, presentation of the business, its performance and strategy.

Several of the named issues were resolved immediately. For example, one participant was looking for an English teacher and she received contacts of possible candidates. For others issues, such as strategy development, entrepreneurs received vector of further actions and useful information resources.

Olga Lavrova, one of the meeting participants, concluded: "Natalia, thanks for the meeting, as always on top. We opened our eyes to many unknown problems. It was curious to solve each other issues. In business, we are colleagues for each other. As for me, I think I found the reason of my problem. And I’m ready to solve it. "
